Mindful Writing Workshop
Mindfulness and creativity are combined in this unique workshop incorporating meditation, connecting with the senses and finding inspiration in natural objects (rock, shells, driftwood etc.). Writing mindfully, we can reconnect with our playful selves and write without self-judgement. Includes fun, collaborate exercises as well as more reflective individual ones.
Tom George is a Liverpool-based writer and musician with a special interest in well-being and mental health. As director of Mindful Arts, he runs workshops and retreats around the country combining creativity with mindfulness.
